SimSurgery AS Signs Distribution Agreement With Pacific Medical Systems Limited.

27 July 2009 – SimSurgery AS has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Pacific Medical Systems Limited. Under the agreement, Pacific Medical Systems will manage the distribution of the SimSurgery Education Platform - SEP® for most of North- and South East Asia.

Pacific Medical Systems (PMS) focuses in the marketing, sales and post sales servicing (direct and/or via selected and appointed agents/distributors) of Medical Equipment, Devices and selected Disposable Products for the non invasive and invasive medical healthcare industry, covering private, government and military segments of the market.

Beta Release of New LTN Simulator

In partnership with METI (Medical Education Technologies, Inc) and AUA (American Urological Association), SimSurgery AS, represented by Mr. Kyrre STROM, PhD, showed a beta version of the Laparoscopic Transperitoneal Nephrectomy (LTN) Simulator at the AUA Annual Meeting in Chicago, April 25-30. The SEP Nephrectomy Simulator was available in the AUA Pavilion for demonstration and attendees also had an opportunity to try it themselves. After further refining the SEP Nephrectomy Simulator, SimSurgery plan to release it early 2010.
